Access to Services

Continuum Integrated Health Services can be reached by calling 713-383-0888. A trained staff member will answer the initial telephone call. The staff member will:

Determine the general nature, severity and urgency of the problem described Identify the service that appears to be needed Determine eligibility for service Obtain required demographic, financial, and insurance data Schedule the initial appointment.

Staff may recommend contacting an alternate facility or specialist should the caller be ineligible and or not appropriate for services with us. Specific recommendations regarding treatment, referral, or clinical disposition is made only at the time of an evaluation session.

In all cases, children up to 18 years old must be accompanied to the first appointment by at least one parent or legal guardian.
