ABOUT CONTINUUM INTEGRATED HEALTH SERVICES

CONTINUUM is a multi-level behavioral healthcare organization and facility. CONTINUUM is designed to provide treatment to a broad-spectrum of individuals. The spectrum includes children (age 2 - 12), adolescents (age 13 - 18), adults, and families primarily in the Houston community. CONTINUUM has three levels of care to work with patients at varying stages a treatment course. Psychotherapy is the least restrictive level of care. The parent(s) or patient and therapist arrive at a diagnosis, and develop a treatment plan to guide the therapeutic process from beginning to end. Intensive Outpatient Programs are a more restrictive level of care in which there is an agreed upon three or more treatment days per week. In-Home Behavioral Health Services is our most restrictive level of care. Referrals to the program must include managed care group authorization, physician referral, and initially defined goals and objectives.
